AMY GLEDHILL: Make Me Look Fit On The Poster

Amy Gledhill is well established across comedy, winning awards, being part of The DelightfulSausage and Geins Family Giftshop, and also as an excellent standup with wonderful stage presence, so this review could stop right there but that is not allowed.

Not only is Amy's show gag-packed but no doubt due to her time as a sketch performer she almost imperceptibly adds movement when describing actions which are clever and so effective.  With the energy and vivacity of Dawn French and stacks of comedy gold and charisma, Amy is warm, exceptionally engaging and lots of fun. Straightaway the audience is bewitched, laughing loudly, while being drawn into her world.  She is a superb and perceptive storyteller who manages to find so much humour so brilliantly, where mere mortals would see nothing noteworthy.  There are lots of clever action-packed observations about her life experiences, provoking constant laughter, plus much recognition . Altogether Amy Gledhill again delights.
